Like most drugs, CLOZARIL may not help every single person. And those who are helped by CLOZARIL are not all helped in the same amount of time or to the same extent. Some people improve within weeks...but for many help may occur gradually over several months. That's why adjustments in dosage of CLOZARIL are common-especially early in treatment.
